How much does NestMind cost?
NestMind starts with a 2-week free trial. After that, NestMind Pro continues as a yearly subscription managed by Apple. Pricing is shown in the App Store for your region before purchase.
How do I cancel?
Open Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions → NestMind. If you cancel, access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Which devices are supported?
NestMind is available on iPhone and compatible with iPad, Mac, and Apple Vision on OS 26 or later. Apple Intelligence is required for semantic search and the assistant. Dedicated larger-screen improvements are in progress.
Does NestMind work offline?
Yes for browsing your library, search, and the assistant, because AI runs on-device and your library is stored locally. Saving a new URL may require network access to fetch title, description, and preview data.
How does sync work?
If you enable iCloud sync, NestMind syncs through Apple’s CloudKit infrastructure tied to your Apple account.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no NestMind account. If you use sync, NestMind uses your Apple account for iCloud only.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. Remove the app to delete local data. Remove NestMind from iCloud storage to delete synced data. Export tooling is on the roadmap.
Is the assistant private?
NestMind Assistant runs on-device using Apple Intelligence. Your saved library and your prompts are not sent to a NestMind backend for processing.
What needs an internet connection?
Browsing saved items, search, and the assistant work locally. Saving a new URL may use the network to fetch page metadata and previews. Optional iCloud sync also uses the network.
Getting started
Two ways to save anything into NestMind.
Save from any app
Tap Share → NestMind from Safari, YouTube, Reddit, Mail, or any app that exposes a share sheet. NestMind grabs the title, description, and preview automatically.
Paste a link
Copy any URL, open NestMind, and tap the + button. It'll detect the clipboard and offer to save it in one tap.
Organizing with tags
Create tags for projects, topics, or moods. You can also let the AI suggest tags automatically as you save.
Troubleshooting
Common issues and how to fix them fast.
My library isn’t syncing between devices
Make sure both devices are signed in to the same Apple account and have iCloud enabled for NestMind. Force-quit and reopen the app; sync usually resolves within a minute on a good connection.
Search returns no results
Describe what the content was about instead of the exact title. After saving a large batch, indexing may still be running and usually finishes within a minute.
The assistant isn’t responding
The on-device model warms up the first time it runs in a session. Give it a few seconds. If it still hangs, quit the app and reopen it.
The share sheet doesn’t show NestMind
Scroll the share sheet app row to the end and tap More. You can pin NestMind so it stays at the top.
A saved page has no preview or title
Some sites block automated previews. NestMind returns what it can extract — add a title or notes manually from the item’s detail view.
